Cantine Due Palme Don Cosimo IGP
Red, dry
The Primitivo grape variety is from “The heel of the Italian boot,” Salento. It gives the Don Cosimo that characteristic, stout, spicy taste. The Cantine Due Palme is one of the largest wine companies in southern Italy. They produce several million liters of wine each year with more, than a thousand employees.
We recommend this wine with every Italian cuisine.
Machiavelli Il Principe Rosso di Toscana
Red, dry
Its deep, ruby colour is mixed up with a purplish tone. It has an elegant taste with notes of berries, vanilla and cinnamon and a tough, dry after taste. This wine is made in Tuscany, on the family farm, where the famous politician, Machiavelli spent years in exile. Nowadays it works as an inn and a winery where they make high quality wine in small quantities.
We recommend this wine with red meat, game and cheese.
